At Loop Knitting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crafting supplies. If your yarn or accessories aren't the perfect fit for your project, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure that your items are unused, in their original packaging, and that yarn hanks have not been wound into balls.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original box or a similar protective mailer, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
