How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International delivery times vary by location but usually arrive within 10-14 business days.
Can I return yarn if the color isn't what I expected?
Yes, we accept returns on unused yarn in its original skein or ball form within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on yarn that has been wound or used.
Do you offer dye lot matching for large projects?
We always strive to pull from the same dye lot for every multi-skein order. If we cannot match the dye lots, a member of our team will contact you before shipping your order.

How do I track my shipment?
